Refundable Funds granted to help the women is subject to trade failure, fluctuation, currency depreciation. total loss, and trade success may be affected by adverse weather, misfortune, unexpected & sudden trading losses, political unrest, war, flood or monsoon, crop failure, death of livestock due to disease or infection, theft, fire or death of the recipient of the award in extreme cases.

Though our agents, staff and representatives on the ground apply the strictest conditions to assisting the women who benefit from the scheme, no guarantee can be given that such funding may not be at risk or loss at anytime, though 98% of participants historically hardly default of fail to deliver.

Your DONATIONS are strictly seen and accepted in full face value as DONATIONS. No interest is charged nor is any awarded, nor will wyy refund by given to you once you give it to us to use in this scheme. STATUTORY RIGHTS!
Apart from our strictest accountability standards and openness in our standard of reporting, there are no additional statutory obligations due on our part in how and to whom we allocate donated funds. 100% of all donated funds are applied towards the project.
